Hello,
We just received a refusal, even though we submitted the required documents on time. My wife got the ITA on Aug 2024, we submitted our file on Sep 1st as a married and my file was attached together. We got request letter on 27th Jan to prove our marriage and submit a detailed answers to their question. The timeline was 27th Jan to 2nd Feb. we submitted our file on 31st Jan. Still they are saying that we have not received and because of this we are rejecting. We did submitted our proofs in within the range they mentioned. Our lawyer did showed that it is successfully submitted.

We are so paranoid as we did all the requirements. We have already submitted our reconsideration letter with all the information and files again. We have also raised the web forms to.

Did anybody faced this kind of encounter or does anybody know that IRCC will reconsider the file?

Please help us out as we are so stressed about this.

Thank you.

I guess it's fine some IRCC officers are never convinced so now IRCC will assign your profile to some other officer for review, no need to worry and don't worry this doesn't cause any delay in your application and this is pretty common because of the fake marriages going on for the past 3-4 years.

For my first application, I submitted my AOR on August 3rd. By the final week of September, I was asked to submit a new PCC for my spouse, with a 60-day deadline. However, within less than two weeks, my application was returned with a full refund.

My lawyer advised that while we could appeal, the process would take a long time. Instead, he recommended entering the Express Entry pool and applying again after receiving an ITA. Since I had points(nomination) from the province, I was able to get an ITA the following week.

Is there any way to prove that you submitted the docs on time? You should appeal if reapplying is not an option for you.
