The location is usually shown in the email address they send it with. That’s how I got to know mine was Calgary

Yes you can give it immediately.

Same here… shall I use the practice questions but I saw some people said they got new questions they have never seen before. Or should just stick with studying the guide…

Check email address. It should have the office address abbreviation.
