It should be on their website. Yeah, BLS is different. They are a kind of third-party document-collecting agent for consulates. I suggest contacting the consulate responsible for your corresponding city.

Hi all, please help with urgent information. So my spouse submitted her documents for PCC. Only her passport address is the same as ours. She didn't change her Aadhar. Now, the policeman who visited said he is not sure it is accepted. I haven't received an adverse report yet. It's a local holiday in India. What happens usually? Will it be processed or rejected? The passport has the correct address as in the application.

Someone pls help am so confused
My wife is in canada am in india
Our pr file is in process
My wife needed bls pcc
If she applied as single not married
Will it cause any trouble?
Because her parents not agreed to our marriage so we didn’t told them about our marriage
So if she attached our marriage certificate with pcc application the verification officer will ask her parents about marriage
So if she just applied as single is it ok ?????
Hi sukhjass i am in same situation as you were in 2021, but did you guys end up to? Did you guys put single in the application?

If the marriage is held on Canada, then go ahead with the single.
But only one thing on her PCC, her name and her father's name will be printed instead of yours.

You wont be having any issue. Better you do it in postal application instead of sending your wife to BLS in-person.

For courier, you can follow: https://blsindia-canada.ca/pickup-instructions-bls
And for Pcc form fill assistance: https://blsindia-canada.ca/services

Note: This will only work if the marriage is held on Canada.

Why would you showed the aadhar card, As it is only accepted when the person address differs from the passport.
And you have to give some money to them, then only it will work.

Track on: https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html
It is the realtime status of the police verification is clear or not.

Hi There

i have the same problem - i got married but my parents dont know about it. And i dont want them to know as well :

My passport doent have my spouse name and our marriage is not registered in India as well - we had got married out side India.

How did you proceed with PCC - can we just say single ? Does BLS check as well - my spouse is on open spouse work permit in canada.
Will it create any problem with PR process / PCC ?

Any idea if the police ask about marriage / spouse as well when PCC goes for verification.

How did you go about it. Can u please advise. - really stressed cos of this.
Hi can you please advise how did you move forward with your PCC that time, i am in same situation right now.

Thanks so there won’t be any issue, like officer won’t ask anything about it? I recently sent an application through postal BLS and i put married there, but when police officer called my father then they asked if i am married . My parents refused and said they can cancel the application and it created whole issue.

Okay, the case is different now. Even the consulate can't able to help you out.
Solution will be you can fill up a new application form stating single. And choose different police station. Then it might work.

Another solution is, you can provide your relative address who can be trusted for the police verification, in this case police station changes. Additional document require is the copy of you're relative Indian address proof.

And you can add a additional letter stating no one living there, so im providing my relative's address proof

The chances are 50-50, otherwise you have to convince the parents.

On my opinion second solution will be the easiest. You need PCC anyhow.

Trust me, none of the BLS representative will be providing this infos, as i have approx 4 years experience. You can go ahead, if youre willing to.

And one more thing, there are some police station who creates problem for the clearance. So people create different applications, as it wont be affecting us.
