I’m submitting a travel document application, but I want my expired one returned as it has valid visas on it. Is there a specific form I need to fill out for this?
no form, along with your application for the new RTD just write and submit a letter stating you want the old one returned to you because you have valid visas on it and they will send it back. I did that and got mine. Also the instructions are detailed in the application form itself.
