How do I know that? It doesn't say anything . And when I checked in the morning it wasn't updated. It just updated now in the tracker but the portal still says reviewing

I think it will be updated soon. Is it updated in IST time or you just saw update in EST?
There is no update it just says beside the eligibility that completed. I am super nervous.
