I came to Canada in April 2023 and went to India in November for 2 months. During this time, I worked remotely from India and received my salary in CAD. My question is: Will these two months spent in India be counted towards my Canadian work experience in express entry experience?

Find an employer in Canada (use job search engines) who is willing to give you a LMIA proving no Canadian has your work experience, education and language skills. Then with LMIA apply for a closed work permit.
Getting a work permit is almost impossible unless highly skilled in a niche-area. Are you fluent in French and English? Focus on immigration programs or studying in Canada.

What is your degree in? What is your work experience? Google - IRCC Express Entry and start with that and see if eligible to submit a profile.
So you probably are not eligible to submit a profile for Canadian immigration. And then score will not be high enough. Go on the IRCC site and do some research.
Thank you but is there any unskilled workers programs too, since my diploma may not be eligible maybe i qaulify for that one
