Gckey can't find my application

I just got my AOR and all i get after looking for my application is this message "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications."

Or

"Error Description: The application number you entered does not match the category you selected or is not valid for the transaction you are performing."


Is this normal? Im using the temporary application number that they gave to me which starts with XG and all the info I'm entering are from my file directly
Also what should be after AOR?

This is temporary number. You can’t link with this number. If you remove X this is going to be application number but looks like it’s still early for you if you just received numbers with the X yet.

Oh ok. So they just received your application and they will review it first. And they will ask you if there is anything. Like missing documents, info, payment, etc. When they start processing it they will send you AOR. Even if they don’t you can try to link. It took more than 5 months for me to receive AOR and link my application.

It has been 3 months so far i applied in mid November i though that was AOR and i got excited lol

i never received aor and i applied in oct 2023, i only received XG number, i removed the x and was able to link after a couple of tries. Just keep trying, change options, mix and match stuff eventually it'll link your account. Good luck

You need to have AOR first. When you get AOR you will have an application number. Also no need to rush to get a temporary number since it won’t provide more information.

As i said, i never received AOR and was still able to link my application using temporary number. I just had to remove X and G
