need some help for eligibility period question

Hi, I realized I may answer a question wrong in the Eligibility Period on my citizenship application -

"During your 5-year eligibility period, did you leave Canada for any reason" : my eligibility period is from Dec 27, 2019 to Dec 26, 2024, however for the "Date you left Canada"- I entered Nov 22, 20218 - that is the date I did a soft landing to activate the PR ...

Do I need to submit a webform to change it? Will it cause any issues?

I don't understand. You entered 20218? Or you mean you put an entry date as an exit date?
