No, I haven't heard from them in over 8 months!!! And no way to contact them. We sent like 3 webform with no reply from them.

No didn't do that yet, ordered GSMS notes first to see what going on, but not much have been done. Can calling or MP office do much?

Well, webforms aren't doing anything so far for you, can't be worse than that?

BTW I'd not suggest sending any more webforms of the "hey wat's up with my file?" type. Too many can actually delay things.

Wasn't thinking about sending more as no response was received from the previous ones.
Was just going to wait and see when it will end as my mind is already exhausted, loll
But I will try to see about MP and calling IRCC

Longer processing out of many Africa offices is typically longer than average so I’m not surprised. Many also need interviews which can also delay things. How much time have you spent with your spouse in person? Over how many visits? Any other red flags in your application?

We ordered GSMS notes but for really nothing has been done on the file since May 2024 when they requested to submit additional documents!!! We know each other since 2012 and been in the relationship since then, 2017 PA went to Kampala for work went to visit him 3 time before I came to Canada in 2019,we continued our relationship all that time, we started planning our wedding in 2022, we had our wedding in May 2023, stayed there till end June and came back, we sent our file in September 2023. PA have 3 visas refused in the past.

If you have only had one visit since 2019 then you may be in line for an interview. Was that mentioned in the GCMS notes? What additional information was requested?

They requested for:
-updated police certificate
-updated schedule A form
-Financial support proof
- 2023 NOA
-Detailed information about our relationship
On the GCMS notes interview is not mentioned
