Hi everyone, I have searched high and low on the internet for help with this question on IMM0008.
My spouse (who is the PA) had a previous marriage, and was divorced. They had a date of separation , but the final divorce date is different.
In form IMM5532 it asks about previous marriage, and gives the "relatonship date to - from" as well as the "divorce date".
So in IMMM5532 he entered in the marriage start date, to the separation date. then filled in the divorce date (which is later than the separation date).
but in IMM0008 it only lists two options "Start Date" and "End date" . I can find nothing that fully clarifies if end date of relationship would be the separation date, or the official divorce date. I don't want there to be conflicting information in the two forms!
