Yes, my, medical shows passed on gckey. they don't start my security yet. I don't understand if they work by queue or if every officer is processing different cases.

May I ask how you guys are seeing the updates?

I log into Permanent residence application | Permanent Residence Portal and I am only seeing that my application was submitted from March 2024

Mine is stucked after pre-arrival and eligibility letter on march 2024 . Yesterday I called them and the agent told me hasnot been started yet. I'm march 2023 applicant

No. You need to link your application to your gckey account. You will see there. But here is not also updated. Best way to get latest info call them or ask for GCMS notes.

you are not a PR why are you selecting this option. Select refugee

You are not applying for the card. There is long way to card. You are refugee in Canada applying for pr.

A friend of mine who applied for PR in Nov 2023, got an email from iRCC regarding confirmation of information, what should be the correct answer for the following question?

* Date of last time you entered Canada(YYYY/MM/DD): ?

She traveled to Cuba last year, so should she enter the day she returns to Canada after her trip? or the arrival day before her asylum request?

It is the date or the most recent time she entered Canada. I.e the return from her Cuba trip.
