Super Visa rejection question

Hi All,

Just received a rejection for my parents supervisa and the reason is the medical insurance documents are encrypted. I gave them the password details in a separate letter but they still rejected the applications. Is there any way I can get in touch with IRCC to remedy this or should I just resubmit new applications for both?

IRCC isn’t going to use a password to access an encrypted document. Ask insurance for copy and proof of payment.

Thank you. Yes I asked this question when I bought the insurance from Manulife and they said IRCC is aware of this and all I need to do is provide the password. I will resubmit a fresh application as I don’t see any alternate way to contact the immigration dept.

You can covert it to non password pdf. Just google it

Just because Manulife says it’s okay doesn’t mean IRCC is going to do it. They are not going to open an encrypted document. Convert to a pdf.
