passport, passport request letter, and appointment confirmation letter printed from the email, and Courier request form that was sent by VFS when we received the email for appointment

I think, it has still validity of 10 years or till the validity of the passport but when the visitor arrives to Canada then immigration officer can decide and stamp, how long the visitor can stay which is 6 months or less.

But with supervisa they can stay for upto 2 years straight right?

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). - Given property evaluations, Indian bank account statements etc. plus Canadian bank account balance.

T4s, NOA, My LOE, paystubs (which is almost $120k/ year so no isses with LOC), same docs from my husband, Business Income, Bank statements from 3 months for both me and my husband.

I dont at all understand the exact reason; however I have asked for GCMS notes and waiting for it. Also prepping for another application to submit. I am unable to digest this decision made by IRCC.

Tax returns for 3 years, Property evalulation and bank statements, savings etc. Marriage certificate to show my mother is in India and my sister as well in India to show emotional ties.

Hi,

I’m in the process of gathering all the necessary documents and reviewing various online threads to apply for a new super visa for my parents, who are currently in their home country (not in Canada).They visited Canada in Apr 2023- Apr 2024. Their current super visa is valid until November 2025, which coincides with the expiration of their passport. They’ve already received new passports and plan to visit Canada in April 2025, staying until the following year.

Instead of extending their current super visa after their passport expires in October 2025, I’m considering applying for a new one. However, I’ve come across some threads suggesting that there’s a high likelihood of visa refusal if the passport still contains a valid Temporary Resident Visa (TRV). I’d appreciate your opinion or advice on whether applying for a new super visa in this situation is a good approach.

Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!
