PGWP Extention due to passport expiry?

What does this have to do with this thread on PGWP extension due to passport expiry.

Hey, I am obviously panicking right now and did not know which exact forum to share this. My work permit that expired was a PGWP and it's expiry was linked to my passport's expiry

Applied on july 7th, 2024
Received Biometric validity letter 27th january, 2025
Received PGWP- Extension on 28th january,2025
Mode of Application: Online

Hello everyone,

I applied for pgwp extension paper based due to passport expiry. The document were delivered on 7th December.

I am not able to link the application online so I called IRCC today and they told me they have not received the application and told me to resend to new station 009.

When i called again irrc agent told me we cannot link paper based application at all.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
How long does it take to link paper app
