Has your friend passed eligibility and background check complete? Why can’t your friend provide all paystubs, plus notice of assessment, T4, ID card, offer, promotion letters etc?? It will be good to have a lawyer help draft a response to Procedural Fairness Letter if there is nothing questionable. One of my friend received PFL yesterday, because she has not submitted her all paystubs. Officer requested for other paystubs , but she mentioned instead of ADR it’s shows PFL letter. She is worried.
Anyone know is it serious concern and need to worry about?

It should be written on the PFL and it is usually 7 days to 14 days (including off days).Realy? Her lawyer told her 2 weeks maximum for inland applicants.
Yes, that's right. I was referring to how long IRCC will take to review the PFL response. It should be written on the PFL and it is usually 7 days to 14 days (including off days).
I believe what the @iSaidGoodDay tried to answer was how long IRCC will take to review the PFL respose.
Have you received any ADR?Called IRCC today and there hasn't been any movement in my application since November when I first contacted them over phone.
AOR Aug 11. french draw
Criminality - passed
Eligibility - review required
Info sharing - in progress
Security - not started.
What I found interesting was this time the agent said my eligibility moved from recommended pass to review required in October 2024.. this sounds odd as what I read here is usually it's a smooth sail after recommended pass.
We are nearing 6 month timeframe so strongly considering GCMS notes.
