One of my friend received PFL yesterday, because she has not submitted her all paystubs. Officer requested for other paystubs , but she mentioned instead of ADR it’s shows PFL letter. She is worried.
Anyone know is it serious concern and need to worry about?

PFLs should be handled carefully and professionally. However, what's the exact wording in her PFL?

She require 1 year experience to be eligible in CEC class. But she has submitted only 6 months paystubs along with reference letter and officer asked her to submit another 6 months of paystubs.
If not she will not be eligible for the specific round and application would be refused.

I suppose providing the additional 6 months of paystubs should be sufficient. However, it's totally your friend's call either to respond through a lawyer or herself.

Sure she contacted a lawyer he told her to write a letter of explanation and submit requested paystubs

It varies case by case, but for me, it took 4 weeks (the day after I marked 5 months since AOR) to get FD on GCKey and P1. However, many people receive it within 1 or 2 weeks.

Raise a webform about your travel plans with the IRCC. You may still receive P1 while outside Canada. There, you could also mention that you're outside Canada now and when you're planning to return. They'll hold your P2 until you come back.

1: Is it important to let them know before traveling? I mean i just don't wanna give them any reason to delay the application further. isn't this possible that i leave now and when i get the P1 email i will get the next day flight back to Canada and then reply them with P1 once i am inside Canada?

2: also my open work permit (CUAET) is expiring August 2025 and I will be applying for extension this weekend. I hope It wont be a problem for me to travel and re-entry Canada right? I have valid TRP Visa (W-1) until August.

It's always better to let them know. In that way, they'll just put it on hold as opposed to delaying it.

Just called today as well. I had a ADR request on Nov 14 (picture of my degree instead of final transcript), which was submitted the same day. Since then I've had no news.

I was informed that my application is within the estimated timeline, and it makes sense that the eligibility has not started and background is still in progress. It seems all of the steps of the background check except security are done.

Not much more I can do here except wait
