Its so frustrating that they dont reply to any of those emails
Neither do they provide any clarity over phone
Nor do they respond to webforms

lost another day

The people who you call have no clue because just like you they open the tracker and check at which stage your file is and then tell you that info and the people that are actually working on your profile won’t be on the phone giving updates, at the end of the day all you can do is wait.

No need to worry at all. Sometimes it takes multiple weeks.

Can someone confirm if the date on which you become a PR is the same date on which the eCOPR is received? For example, the date you receive your eCOPR mail, does your PR status normally start from that date or will that date be from the past?

Yes you become PR the day you receive ECOPR, not before that and this same date will be printed on your PR Card in front of PR since column.
