Same for me, and I applied on April, and when it was finally approved it got stuck on the Canada post strike
I suggest to all who are still waiting for their RTD. Make a latter of explanation and mention in it your urgency and send them through courier.

When you did your letter, did they call you and then told you they were going to reprint or something?

I applied on 20 November 2024. It was approved on 4 December 2024 and sent it to me via Purolator, after 6 weeks I make a Latter of explanation and I wrote a whole story about my case and I mentioned my urgency in that latter and sent them by courier on same address (Crémazie 6th Floor (OSC) 365 Laurier Avenue West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1) after that with in 2 days they sent my documents through Canada post.
I just request them and tell them whole story I just mentioned my urgency, print that document and sent them by courier
