PR confirmation portal timelines

Sent a message to IRCC two days ago and then today I got this
"Hi. Sorry to hear you’re having a difficult experience. You will receive an email once your information has been reviewed and your eCoPR is ready to be downloaded. Some cases may take longer than others if we need to validate the information. We appreciate your patience. If you have questions, contact us at the email address the one ending in @cic.gc.ca that sent you the original invite with the subject line: IRCC - Permanent Residence Portal (PR Confirmation) / Portail de résidence permanente d’IRCC (confirmation de la RP)."
Of course it's still generic.

you can try logging in https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login as well and scroll at the bottom so if eCOPR Download button is enabled. Sometimes you get no emails but its already available as well. trust me I did this in loop until this morning.believe me - I am checking everything way too frequently than I should
Even I don’t know how many times i opened my emails to check whether i got the mail or not. It is very exhausting.
my AOR was 6march P2 december 6. Been a long long wait for my PR.

i am also waiting from 18 October. I got portal 2 on 18 oct. I replied on the same day. Still waiting for my ECOPR.
You already crossed the 3 month mark. Maybe call them and just hope they expedite it!
Hoping that it comes quickly for you and everyone waiting. Please the October guys be done.
It's crazy to think that quite a few people are still waiting since October for their eCoPRs!
Can you do us all a favor? Call IRCC tomorrow tell them its been 90 days since your P2 and no eCOPR and see what they say and let us know?
