Yes, there is no expiry date on this PCC, and also I didn't travel outside of Canada after this PCC.
If I apply for new one through embassy, it will take 3 months.

You can send old one with letter of explanation. It will work .

Processing time is same for work permit however depends on officer . For BOWP , you need AOR and no employer restriction on your nomination certificate.

I don't have AOR, my application was returned once, and then I reapplied. Did you mean in this case I can't apply for BOWP? What's the latest time frame for work permit application?

I got WP-Ext Refusal and I applied for status Restoration
I haven’t get my AOR yet
My question is :
What If I keep working under my employer as my employer dont know about my Wp-Ext refusal so Can I keep working my same job and keep getting paid salary because without job for me its almost impossible to survive since I also have dependent with same as my condition. I’m confused because I need to survive in this time financially please guide me and share your knowledge and thoughts.

I just realized that when I went for vacation last month back home I renewed my passport since it'll expire end of 2025 and I wont be there so I was like might as well do it while I'm there.
Do I need to update anything or raise a webform or something, knowing that my passport document number is different now.

I found an option called "Update or ask about your application: Add a document to your application".

Should I add my new passport page and explain what happened?

Go to the IRCC webform: Update or ask about your application

Select the appropriate option, such as Add a document to your application.
Explain the situation in the provided text box. Mention that you renewed your passport during your recent trip, the reason for doing so, and provide the details of both the old and new passports (e.g., passport number, issue date, expiry date, country of issue).
Attach a scanned copy of the biographical page of your new passport (in PDF or JPEG format) and any other relevant documents, if required.

2. Include the Following in Your Explanation
Your full name and date of birth.
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and application number (if available).
Mention that your old passport is no longer valid and has been replaced by a new one.

3. Double-check Before Submitting
Ensure the uploaded documents are clear and legible.
Confirm you're re submitting the update to the correct processing office or department.

4. Follow Up
After submitting the webform, you should receive a confirmation email.

Unfortunately if your application has been refused, you can't work anymore until your restoration application has been approved. If you keep working now , you will be working illegally which can cause serious offence. You should let your employer know about your work permit .

When selecting " Type of application/enquiry" I'm supposed to pick Permanent Residence ( applied online), but that only opens one option for me when I have to select under " continued ". This option is for EE but I applied non EE.

The only way to select non EE is if I choose Permanent Residence ( Applied by mail ), which is not what I did.

So I'm a bit confused on what options to choose.

Wouldn't a webform on this website work as well? Change or update your contact information

I have submitted my application on the 4th of April last year ( bc pnp ), I have complete the medical exams, biometrics, background check, I have sumbitted photos for my pr card on the pr portal in November and since then I’m waiting for an update.
