Thanks for posting although not always good for my bp. Always love the securing PR to get your children domestic tuition at university plan while the PA never settles or pays taxes in Canada. Even crazier they would have secured the ultra-subsidized Quebec resident tuition rate. Added to the mix a little healthcare fraud for mother and baby to establish what appears to have been an anchor baby. Both did not work out and appears the days of showing right before your PR card expires while not meeting RO may be over or at least more difficult.

Every system designed to give benefit of doubt and leniency to the common people ends up being abused by a loud/vocal/overt/immoral/brash minority of people, which then leads to the system being scrapped for everybody. This is in essence the fight between left and the right. Canada drifted far left under Trudeau and now it's probably going to drift far right, and the cycle repeats.
