Tracker registration didn't work for me yesterday but worked fine today so it basically took 2 business days after AOR.

How to create tracker account?

Where are you planning to put it then? Which section? As one of the trip is decade old.

Can't remember exactly but under the "list all immigration status held...." Question I guess.

It's not needed. Only citizenship and PR is needed to be defined there.
