I called ircc today and they said my info sharing and security is passed, criminality hasn’t started yet and eligibility is in progress. Does that mean they have recommended passed my eligibility?

If it were recommended passed then they would have told you so. For now, it seems like they are still reviewing it!

It seems that everyone from August is receiving P2. Could they have been preparing P2 for this week, with plans to start COPR next week? Is it a crazy thought? Haha
