Yours is a little complicated. As per IRCC, you're allowed to work until they make a decision on your current WP extension which you already applied. However, BOWP might change those current conditions of your LMIA bound closed WP, thus affecting your 50 points. It's better to consult a professional and move forward. In the meantime, call IRCC and ask them regarding this!
It should not because receiving P1 and P2 is practically approved but unless you receive your eCoPR, you're officially not a PR!
