Hi everyone,
I came to Canada on a valid visitor visa, and my PR application is currently in process.

I have stayed here for about 5.5 months and will be exiting the country for travel, planning to re-enter after a week. ( travelling for vacation purpose not for re entry)

I hold a multiple-entry visitor visa.Can I re-enter? Will there be any issues?
What should I prepare before leaving?

You can, whether you are allowed back or not, that is up to the immigration at the airport

Hi,

Iam currently open PGWP, expiring in April 2025. I applied for inland spousal PR and got AOR email. Now I am planing to apply for SOWP. So for the first question in the application form, I AM APPLYING FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING.

1) Apply for work permit with the same employer
2) Apply for work permit for the first time or new employer
3) Get a new temporary resident permit
4) Restore my status us a worker

which one should I select as it not my first time applying for work permit and also Iam on open work permit at the time,so not sure whether to select apply for work permit with same employer.

anyone knows this or been through the same situation?

Either Option 1 or 2 is OK for your OWP application.

Hi zrbc, appreciate your respond . Although I have PGWP I am currently not working so which option would fit the best ?
In that case, I would choose Option 2. As I mentioned earlier, either is OK for an OWP extension application. I am sure your OWP application will be approved regardless of your choice.

I applied inland and I've just received the Biometric Instruction Letter. Do you have any idea how long does it take to have PR from this step?

Can't tell the excat timing. Official processing time is 12 months though. Background check and Eligibility are most time consuming phase. Just curious when did you apply for inland?
