So this link doesn't help you at all. You need to wait six months from the time your first IEC ends before applying for another one. You still have the same problem.

Okay, so let me get this clear. My OPW application is refused, I'm applying for my status restoration. Meanwhile my PR app is in progress, and I'll receive AOR while waiting on restoration, or I'll be restored to visitor. What Can I do next to get work permit while having AOR and how long do I need to wait for another work permit based on AOR? Can i work asap after I applied?

Thanks!!

OP needs to wait for 6 months and apply. But if OP is afraid that sponsorship AOR will take 12months, 6 months from Dec isn't so bad.

Poland—Working Holiday
Description: The Working Holiday category is designed for Polish citizens who intend to travel in Canada and who wish to find temporary paid employment to help pay for their trip (up to 12 months).

Note: As a Polish citizen, you may participate in IEC twice. You must choose a different category each time. There must be a six-month break between the expiry date of your first Canadian work permit under IEC and the submission date of your second IEC work permit application.
AOR won't take 12 months.

OP also cannot apply again under working holiday and would need to qualify under one of the other IEC programs, after waiting six months.

If the OWP is refused, OP needs to stop working. There's no magic solution to this.

IMO fastest / easiest is to leave Canada, apply outland, get AOR in 2-3 months, return to Canada, apply for the OWP once back in Canada, start working again once that's approved.

You would need to wait until restoration is approved and the OWP is approved before you can start working again. No, you cannot work after applying.

Alright, so I think we came up here to final answer. If my work permit will be also refused, then I'm out of job (working possibility) for at least another 6 months :(

You think I should still work even if my work permit app is not refused, but PR app got returned? I already submitted PR app again, but I'm afraid that if I'll continue working again it will somehow affect the whole process :( Let me know if I'm thinking correctly.

Make sure all your forms are up to date when you reapply!

Wouldn't be better to leave canada and come back same day on eTa and just wait in CA for AOR?

If you leave Canada, there's no guarantee that CBSA would allow you to re-enter. Not saying that to add to your angst, but...there is no guarantee.

Could be right, but... if they will ask me to leave by refusing my WP then I'll leave, but I can come back on eTA. I have a place to stay, I have enough founds on my bank account....

you can legally continue working until a decision is made on your OWP application
what’s done is done so stop worrying
come back here once there is a decision and we can advise you

Maybe not:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eta/facts.html

What is an Electronic Travel Authorization?

An Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is an entry requirement for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to Canada by air. An eTA is electronically linked to a traveller’s passport. It is valid for up to five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. If you get a new passport, you need to get a new eTA.
With a valid eTA, you can travel to Canada as often as you want for short stays (normally for up to six months at a time). You do not need an eTA for travel within Canada.
An eTA doesn’t guarantee entry to Canada. When you arrive, a border services officer will ask to see your passport and other documents. You must convince the officer that you are eligible for entry into Canada.

---

So while the eTA will allow you to travel to Canada via a commercial carrier, it does not guarantee entry from CBSA.

Yeeeea, but that doesn't help at all. I will be able to apply on June 25, then another 2 months for picking me from lottery, then again some paperwork and processing, so in best scenario I may get another IEC work permit at September :(
