I applied at CGI Vancouver and my passport is coming from India. I do not know about Toronto. But anyways, if the passport has been issued, I believe its number will show up in Dev Tools. Also, if it is being shipped and issued in India, the tracking number will also show up there.

My status changed to Print Initiated. Btw, I've asked IRCC to extend the time frame for another 1 month. So it should be fine now.
Did you raise a webform or called them? And did you get a new BIL letter? Just want ti know what the process is as I am in the same boat.
I made a call to IRCC 10 days back, the agent suggested to write a letter of explanation with including the receipts as proof of payment for the passport renewal, he said that should help the processing officer to know the current situation and extend the timeframe. I think we can use the old BIL for the biometrics, it shouldn't be an issue because there is no end date mentioned on the letter.
1.) For postal service, you need to call them, they will take your details and will send payment links while you are on the call. Once payments are done, the labels will be send via email. (I would suggest go in person, if there are any errors, you can re-do there itself. If use pick up service and there is any error, you have to pay again for the pick up to send new one.)
It means the application is approved and they will start the next steps. If police verification is required, that will start or else within a day, you can see the status changed to print initiated.

Did you get any update ? My PV was completed 3 days ago and status still says PV initiated.
Hi Vishesh, on your Indian passport application, did you mention your Indian address or Canadian address. I'm confused at the "Other Address" on BLS Passport application. Whether "other address" is the mailing address? If we have to provide the Canadian address whether we have to provide the proof of address as well. This form is too confusion.
