Indian Passport Renewal from BLS Toronto

Hi All,

My passport renewal status shows that the passport has been printed. Could you please let me know how long it will take for it to be available for pick-up at BLS?
When do you guys think I will be able to get my passport. I have flight on JAN 22ND Do you all think I should be able to get it before that?

I think you should wait till Monday. And if monday you don’t find purolator tracking number, then you can approach consulate.

and what time today you found status updated ? In the morning time or just now ?

Thank you for the reply. I checked the status yesterday around 4 PM, and I’m really worried as I have an urgent travel plan.

If you wish you can check if your passport is in Canada at ALL. The passport is printed in India and is sent to Canada by DHL. It is possible to find delivery date of this parcel. You will certainly not get your passport before this date as it will not even be in Canada. Only after it lands up in Canada, you can hope to get it via BLS/Purolator.

Learn about going in Dev Tools and finding the tracking number and then checking it.

Hello, my passport on India portal says printed and will be delivered shortly.
It’s showing that from yesterday which is Friday from 330 pm.Nothing on BLS site as it says there processing at consulate.
When can I expect my passport in my hands from purolator.

Well, it is impossible to get it before that as there is no changes in your application. Because i have applied at ottawa bls on 25th September and my passport status was " Passport is printed and delivered shortly " on last 6th January still i haven't received my passport. I went yesterday to bls for inquiry but they said they can't tell anything before they receive passport from embassy. I had fight on 12th January but beacause i haven't received passport i had to postponed it. So, according to your time-line, its seems impossible to get it done before 20th January. Good luck

Hey. Did you applied at consulate general toronto ?

hello. According to my knowledge, Consulate general Toronto prints passport here in Canada and Ottawa high commission send passports india to be printed.
