even if we are out of Canada (all team still out), No WP - they will ask about Tax statement or what could be relevant to teams who are outside Canada?
Yes, I am also outside Canada; they asked for T2 corporate tax statements after one year of the corporation. You should contact a CPA in Canada to prepare the financial statements and submit the tax file. Even if you do not have any clients or revenue, you should submit your annual tax report.

Any idea about the estimated time between the ADR 3 and the PAL?
I saw in the tracker that some people got the final decision one to two months after the ADR. Is it realistic?
The tracker https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/startup-visa-program-tracker
The time between the ADR 3 and the final decision (PAL) can vary significantly, from as little as 3 months to over a year.
By looking at the forum discussions, 2 months timeline is possible, but not common, and longer processing times of over a year are also common.

Dear Nima987,

I have been following this forum for over four years, diligently reading almost all posts and comments. During this time, I've observed that your case file appears to be the oldest without a decision, spanning approximately 48 months if my calculations are correct. Our group has now become the second-oldest active case after a group that submitted their application in April 2021 recently received approval.

Given this context, I'm curious about the reasons behind the significant delay in processing your file, which seems to far exceed the standard processing times. Could you shed some light on any specific factors contributing to this extended wait?

In our case, we are aware of a particular reason for the delay. One member of our team had previously been granted Permanent Residency (PR) in Canada many years ago but subsequently revoked it, resulting in a deportation order. We believe this circumstance has contributed to the prolonged processing of our application.

I would greatly appreciate any insights you could provide regarding your situation, as it may help others in similar circumstances better understand the complexities of the immigration process.
Hi Fiat@fifo. Sad to hear about one of your members having their PR revoked! So that others can benefit from mistakes. Would you mind letting us know the reasons for revoke? Was it due to them providing misinformation to IRCC? After how long of receiving the PR, was it revoked?

To maintain Permanent Resident (PR) status in Canada, an individual must be physically present in the country for at least 730 days (equivalent to 2 years) within any given 5-year period. In 2014, he failed to meet this residency requirement, resulting in the loss of his PR status. Consequently, the authorities issued a deportation order. As a result, he is prohibited from re-entering Canada unless he applies for and receives an Authorization to Return to Canada (ARC).
