I have passed all 4 main checks (Biometrics, Medical, Background and Eligibility) on Tracker and also on GCMS Notes that I ordered.
I am the Principal Applicant.
On the other hand, my spouse has been in Comprehensive Screening(A34) since May 2024 (for Military service indicated in our application).
Now, in our GCMS Notes, I have notice some commentaries from the officer about
Not having provided Bank Statement to verify my balances but they acknowledged receiving my Bank Letter that I provided.
On the
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html,
it is stated that Bank letter is accepted as Proof of Funds, and so I provided that, like I have always provided for all my previous visa applications. For the eAPR, the Bank letter I submitted shows 4 times the amount requested for my family unit, and so this leaves me a bit worried.
In fact, it is the standard letter provided to account owners that request for such in my country. The Bank letter consolidates relevant information from the accounts held including current balance. Ofcourse, I could have printed my bank statements, but i provided what I believed was sufficient for that purpose as indicated in the Canada website.
Since we have been waiting on this whole eAPR process, the officer never made an ADR for my bank statement. And some commentaries on "Non-Compliance of A39/A41, thus cancelled on the GCMS Notes".
=>Can someone with more experience help me understand if it is necessary to send them my Bank Statements now even though I have literally completed my own checks (the 4 are all GREEN)?
=> Also, do I need to provide them
statements on all my finances everywhere (net worth), as I have only provided them just a small part that is enough proof for the relevant funds needed for my family unit? (Sincerely, I am not comfortable with this though)
