hello guys, I would like to know if I will file a divorce here in Canada, while still married with my ex-wife in the philippines. Do you know a possible way to get my 2nd spouse (live in partner) and my children? I am not a citizen/pr yet but they say I can file a divorce if I am already residing here for a year? and can I re-marry my 2nd spouse by doing it in another foreign country like singapore? which way is necessary just to get them here. Seeking advice from you guys who has the same experienced before. Thank you in advance to your answers...

How is this a `Family Class Sponsorship' question?

First, since you are not divorced yet, that's your wife in the Philippines.
Where are you currently? If you are not PR or citizen, I believe you have to handle divorce in the Philippines.
Are you living with your common law partner in the Philippines now?
Not sure what does any of your question have to do with Canada or Family Class Sponsorship (immigrate to Canada)?

BTW until you are divorced, you need to include your wife's information in any visa application form.
