A month ago we sent a web form regarding one missing info in the tracker, can we send one webform after getting the new passport?
Also what about the barcode sticker the biometric centre stick stick to the current passport ?
There is no limit to the number of web forms you can send.
I don't know what the barcode sticker is about but once they have the PA's biometrics, they shouldn't need to ask for them again.

Thank you for the reply! Just to clarify, the family is the applicant's uncle and his immediate family; is my understanding correct then that they wouldn't be listed on the Additional Family Information form? Additionally, I was under the impression that any listed family members may be contacted, is that not accurate?

Thank you again!
Correct, an uncle would not be listed on the Additional Family Information form. I've never heard of relatives being contacted by IRCC either. I would expect they need your consent for that since they need consent to release your info to even the sponsor, and they don't ask for consent to release to any relatives anywhere in the application.

based on other member's experience, i believe they will send you another BIL and you will need to provide a new biometric

Hi everyone,

Application submitted: 16th September 2024
PA : Work permit
Sponsor:pR
AOR: 23October 2024
SOWP Appilcation submitted:17 October 2024
Biometrics fees receipt requested : 13th November

Not received anything regarding my application until now. It’s been so long for not receiving BIL
As I see here most ppl got bil in 2-3 weeks. I raised a web form on 18th December regarding this.
Is anyone in the similar situation or any advice.
Would be a huge help!
Still no update as of today!

I'm assuming you applied inland (SCLP-in-Canada class)? We did too and it was three months between submission and BIL.

Hello guys,

I'm looking for some insight here. I've been in canada for the past five years and want to travel to India in Feb through Seattle Airport (round trip). My question is, will I face any problems when I come back from India to Seattle and then to Vancouver (by road)? I do have a B1/B2 visa and a valid work permit.

Thanks

Hi Everyone,

I want to travel out of the country, hoping my inland application will be approved by February 2025. but now it looks a little blurry that my file can be approved by Feb 2025, given they increased processing time to 24 months from 13 months (Inland application).

Is it possible to travel before getting approval for my sponsorship application? If yes let's say, I am outside side Canada and receive a P1 request what can be done, or any complications?

Hello everyone!

I submitted my inland spouse/family class application, and my wife recently received an email stating that the application has been received. However, I’m not entirely sure if this counts as the official Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR). The message mentions that anyone who hasn’t paid the biometrics fee should do so. I’ll share some screenshots below.

I’m also trying to figure out what to do about my biometrics. Although I paid the biometrics fee and included the receipt when I submitted my application, I have not received a biometrics instruction letter yet. On the online status tracker, the biometrics field shows “in progress,” but I haven’t received any further instructions. Should I just wait for the request letter, or should I try to provide my biometrics now? I’m worried that IRCC might not have linked the fee to my application.
I’ve attached screenshots of the email and the status tracker.

If you have any explanations or advice about these issues, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Pictures are here. (Mail and tracker screen shots)

it’s AOR and the biometric fee is just a general reminder
wait for the instruction letter
