40 days from submission to dispatch or under process to dispatch .. which days count in process

Submission to dispatch. But bcz of Christmas and New year holidays it took more time i think

Need some info, i don't know how many time I applied for visa from last 12 yrs, I am Canadian citizen now but I still don't remember what I have to submit with passport for my parents for visa stamping

My parents got email to submit passport, 2nd time visitor visa approved. Other then that letter from IRCC and passport what they have to submit ? Do we have to pay vfs service for passport stamping? Parents are from India. Can someone please let me know or this forum link where this things are already talked about.
