I am looking for advice regarding my single sister-in-law, who is 49 years old and currently residing in Pakistan. She applied for a visit visa but unfortunately received a refusal due to objections related to her failure to provide official documents explicitly establishing her relationship with other family members in Pakistan.
This is second time Visa application refused first time application it was sponsor by my husband. This time I sponsor my sister-in-law application.
As her sponsor, I am keen to assist her in successfully obtaining a visit visa. I am a practicing doctor in the Toronto region and would appreciate any guidance or consultation (possibly on a paid basis) on how to address the visa officer's concerns and what specific documents we should prepare to strengthen her application. Thank in advance you for your any assistance!
