AOR means Acknowledgment of Receipt. It's when the 26-month processing time countdown for your PR application starts
Actually they started counting from the day you submitted your application. Even when you call IRCC they will tell you its still in processing time and your application is still processing. And they will tell you the expected date. It’s always from day I submit my application for me.

Thanks for clarifying. I noticed the "date submitted" column on GC Key for my PR application shows the AOR receipt date although I submitted my application 3 months earlier. If the processing times start from the application submission date, that's great news for everyone.

Hi. Same for me too. But if you check the section where your biometric information (application information) it shows your submission date also.

i thought it was from the day they receive your COMPLETE application, so if you submit and are missing documents they might not count the days till you send them a complete application

Maybe. When I call IRCC agents always tell me your estimate 30th, June 2025. Which was 25 months that time. We will see. Just we need to wait.

Hello there,

I applied on February 20, 2024 for PR (Protected Person Class)

April 09, 2024 I got request for biometric.

What's the next step guys? Portal account doesn't show the steps. It says submitted only.
I tired to link with Gckey but it's not working.
