Entry visa Jan 2025

Hello
Has anyone applied for entry visa recently?
We have a travel date on Jan 25
Due to my passport is not accepted to apply for evisa. I applied for the entry visa on Jan 2 via BLS Edmonton walk in (Vancouver junction)
State stayed as “ Under Process - In Transit from BLS Centre to Consulat General “ since then.
BLS office said processing time is 10-15 working day. Call centre said 30-45 working day.
I am very worried.
Any advice would be appreciated.

What type of passport you have which doesn't allow e-visa but allows entry visa?

Processing time for entry visa is 45 days so it's tough to get it before your travel date. I hope you see faster processing. Also I guess you have submitted your passport too, so you kinda stuck till it comes back.

I have a Hong Kong passport and applying entry visa based on my husband India passport.
