Web form information was NOT added to GCMS??!

I applied to have my pr card replaced about two years ago. After the application, I noticed that I made mistakes with the dates and some of the addresses. I applied in late March, contact the CIC with the correct info in April and received an auto response in May. My pr card was approved also approved in May .

I will be doing spousal sponsorship for my fiancé this year and requested the gcms notes for my pr card application but there is no note about the web form that I had sent.

There is only one note about the auto response that was sent by IRCC. I’m freaking out because I know I will have to list the correct dates on the spousal sponsorship application.

For clarity purposes, all the addresses were in the same city but I was off with some dates and names of street.

Can someone advise please??

Possibly discarded because card already approved and non-material info - not worth the data entry time.

Most likely not (I'd say almost certainly but I don't know the details). If you think worthwhile, include a short letter of explanation - emphasis on short, just the facts that you may have had incorrect addresses in a previous app.
