called IRCC today and to be honest I feel very stuck...

Timeline:
ITA July 8 (CEC)
AOR July 9
BIL August 12
Biometrics August 13 (updated same day)
Medical never received the request letter so decided to get it done anyway on August 30
updated on September 18 after calling IRCC (they had linked the results to my temporary number and not the regular one...)

No update since on GC account on tracker. Called IRCC, here's what they told me:
BG check
- criminality passed October 7
- security hasn't started
There's nothing in progress.

Eligibility hasn't started

PVO Sydney
SVO originally it was Ottawa, but today they told me it was transfered to Vancouver and retransfered again, now it's at the Etobicoke office...
(they didn't know the reason for the transfers... and told me that since it's a local office the processing time will take even longer)

6 months since AOR today and still stuck: security and eligibility still have not started since October7th.
My MP contacted IRCC and they didn't get any additional informaiton. File is noted as "non-routine" but no further explanation...
