Yep... ordered them twice, eligibility is definitely not started... and apparently that means i won't get my BOWP since eligibility needs to be passed for that and I'm stuck in BG check. At some point I'm just gonna give up and head back home... maintained status is too uncomfortable

6 months since AOR today and still stuck: security and eligibility still have not started since October7th. My MP contacted IRCC and they didn't get any additional informaiton. File is noted as "non-routine" but no further explanation...
