Very unlikely. As you have been advised several times, deferral is your best bet.

Also, if you wanted a refusal, you shouldn't have completed the medical.

I see, I will request deferal and defer to sep intake, but what if my visa got accepted in the next few days how can i inform them about deferal after the approval or now?
