Hello,

I applied almost two months ago for my study permit and my class starts in three days.

at this point even if they somehow approved my visa i won't make it in time, is there is anyway to make them give me a reply soon or anything even if its negative, i just want to be done with this whole thing, by other word, how can i be refused.

Where did you apply from because 8 weeks processing is not really realistic as it doesn’t include passport stamping? You may still be within normal processing times.

All you can do is wait and hope for refusal.

They are reviewing your file. It could take days or weeks. If you haven’t even been asked to do medicals that will take another few weeks. Then passport stamping. Contact school to defer.

Hello, I have got new update!

I recived medical request yesterday from IRCC and I have done the examination today.

I also contacted the school they said they might extend my deadline to 17th of this month.

For stamping passport, canadian embassy in my home country said it takes two to three days because study permit application passports are stamped here and not in different country!

any thoughts? do you think I will make it on time? I have nine days from now.

Very unlikely. As you have been advised several times, deferral is your best bet.

Also, if you wanted a refusal, you shouldn't have completed the medical.
