Hi, I received the portal 1 email on November 15 and haven't received anything after that. Called IRCC once in December and they said to just wait. Is this normal because I see everyone getting portal 2 email within 1-2 weeks

How do u guys know it is in Montreal VO or whichever VO? I submitted my portal2 address and photo in first week of november and it has been under review since then... any advice?

You can call IRCC or check your portal 1 pdf signature to know your VO.

I have a question: I am changing address in Feb 28, 2025. Should I apply for address change now or on 28 February? They haven't yet approved my photo and I wonder if I might miss my PR Card from my old address. I didn't do it on Dec 10, 2024 as I didn't have a new home then + I heard each new address update go through review, and I didn't want to cause delay.
