Jan 2023. Portal shows 100% complete. Eligibility and pre arrival recieved in Feb 2024. Ttoday a saw a new update :

WOOW, this is crazy, they really need to do something, they cant continue to keep people waiting in limbo, its frustrating. I just hope something positive will start to happen from January 2025.

Applied on October 29th 2023, got AOR on Feb 6th 2024 / biometric on feb 15th/ 2 weeks ago I got pre arrival in GCkey acc and today I got an email from Mississauga office for eligibility.
