I have a question about Ontario skill trade program. I have experience of making cabinets and remote contract job as a general manager the company is registered in UK. So my question is do I need to add my remote job experience as this is a full-time job because my CRS score is very low if I add my remote full-time contract job, then I get 20 point extra is it legal if it’s added because I am worried about O NIP

i worked as cabinet maker in Hamilton for 18 months. I left my job in February 2024 and my remote full time job that is on contract from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. The company is registered in UK and working as General manager. I will be paid as one time of whole contract. I worked minimum 30 hours each week.
You can't double count work experience for the same period. You can only claim work experience for one job in Jan and Feb.
But my second one is remote job. If i add it into express profile as a foreign work experience, my canadian work experience is cabinet making for skill trade. After getting invition, onip can ask me about foreign skill work or i can submit documents to onip without foreign work experience, but can i show work experience to express profile
The issue will be that you are double counting work experience for the same time period. You cannot do that.
My first job experience from oct 2022 to feb 2024 and my second job is from jan 2023 to December 2024
No part of job experience can overlap. Thought you said January 2024, but you cannot overlap the work in January and February 2024.
Would add that it is highly unusual to be paid for a full year’s work in one payment if you are a general manager. That can also be a huge red flag for IRCC.
