The form must be completed at your expense before a person who is authorized by law to administer an oath or solemn affirmation. However, they say this may delay the processing time of the RTD
Meanwhile, my commercial parcel with shampoo arrived from Toronto with Purolator in 3-4 days. All you need to know about their logistics. Essential documents - 2+ weeks, shampoo - here it is, express service for you.
have you received your package? It is almost 3 weeks for my documents. Within the same city. I wonder at what point do I claim they are lost in the mail. This is a ridiculous time to mail anything within a country, let alone a city.
Been a month and there answer is” no tracking , Puolator has it”. I called purolator and they can’t help without tracking !!
Ridiculous irresponsible action!!. I sent my old valid one with visas and at this point It’s safe to say they lost it. I live an hour from toronto

Same situation with you. IRCC said they dispatched mine on Dec 4 using purolator and till now I haven't received. No tracking number also, went to purolator office close to me and was told that their packages always have tracking that nothing can be done without tracking. Old one with valid visa also.
The sad thing was that I paid for a UPS return envelope package which was included when I courier it to the office using UPS. They discard that and still use Purolator without tracking!

I just hang up a call with IRCC and requested any tracking number for Purolator to follow up with them about my RTD, they said we couldn't provide you this because it's not available. I don't understand how they sent an important documents without any tracking number. it's ridiculous.
To all those waiting for their documents with Purolator.
Initially, they told me they "successfully mailed" my document with Purolator on November, 29th. After 3 weeks, I contacted them and they gave me a tracking number that does not exist in any system in the world, including, of course, Purolator.
I contacted them again and they wrote that they "shipped my document on December, 18th, with Canada Post". and confirmed the tracking number again. There is no such number in Canada post system either.
Essentially, it is a mess, they have no idea what they are doing or what was done before, and anything they answer is not trustworthy. They lied the first time - maybe to stop people from bothering them. It seems the packages were simply sitting in the office until the end of CUPW strike, and only after that they (maybe) sent them.
