I applied to Citizenship as a refugee. They required fingerprints, now interview. I wonder what do they ask? Do they ask anything about our background? I mean this is going to be like another hearing for me? Or they will just verify some information. I feel a bit nervous.

I didn't. My passport was expired in 2018. All I did, asking my passport after got PR in 2022 for memory only. I didn't renew anything.
Did you travel to neighbouring countries of your home country? That sometimes triggers questions. If you did nothing wrong just go to the interview and provide whatever documentation they want and should be fine.
If you’ve been in Canada, have no criminal charges or convictions, have met residency obligation, made a genuine asylum claim without misrepresentation, etc. who knows why you are being interviewed. Please update us after the interview. Always interesting to see why someone gets flagged and what IRCC is potentially targeting.
I spoke with a friend who I trust who is also a refugee who just did the citizenship interview in July, they said the interview feels like a waste of time and money and they likely call most refugees for an interview although it is supposed to be 'randomly selected'. The few refugees we both know who got their citizenship were all called in.
The interview was across a counter/not in a room, they checked their ID and asked if they have any family members in Canada, they then asked what they do (job) and how long for (despite all this info being in the forms they submitted) and then said everything is completed.
When the friend checked the status of their application after the interview it did not say completed, it said that prohibitions is still pending- it took 5 months after the interview to be invited for the ceremony etc.

Thank you for replying yes mine was kinda same as well. They just verified some documents. No question asked about background. I felt like they kinda tested my English level. She said wait till we update the infos about you maybe we may ask more documents..
I though that generally getting invited to attend interview after BG is completed is normal procedure in most cases involving ID and documentation verification and possibly some extra questions most likely minor or standard in general (that is to say it does not mean particular flag from IRCC per se - speaking in general) ; as such the whole thing should not be cause for real concerns for the applicant but should be seen as routine. Is that correct?
If you have done nothing to jeopardize your citizenship application then having an interview should never be concern.
