So , I'm getting trained in my company as an Overhead Crane operator .
The crane we have is 5 ton which is comparatively a smaller capacity
It doesn't need a certification as the Ontario law states mandatory college trade certification for 8 ton and above
But a workplace certification which is achievable.
I'm working on issuance of a certificate and getting a letter head of Overhead Crane operator , as my requirements.
Should that be enough ?
Only issue being my Payslips are showing Job Title as Strategic Developer (My actual position) which cant be undone as it is from Head Office.
How much of an issue Do you think would it be, if any ?
