LMIA and Work Permit

Hi friends

I have been working in canada on closed work permit for 10 months now.
My work permit is LMIA based and is for 2 years.

I plan to apply for PR in Canada.
I heard in news recently that IRCC plans to drop 50 LMIA points in CRS score.

If this happens, my CRS score will drop below the CEC threshold.

My question is that will IRCC drop LMIA points for people like me who are already working in canada for a year or for new entrants who wants to apply for closed permit in Canada.
