I don’t know much about the process. so my knowledge is only from my experience and research. I updated my latest information in the previous reply, and I currently only have access to the GC portal. I checked yesterday, December 10, and saw a new update for December 11 which is weird coming for the future lol. However, I submitted my and my dependent's medical a long time ago, in September 2023. It could be a glitch in the system since my medicals have already been processed. or Some people call it a ghost update, especially when there is a medical deadline. This is why the system automatically sent a new update.

I received pre-arrival on Oct.19th and still no eligibility yet. I have same concern as you. I checked with the agency, they told me my eligibility has passed. So I believe others saying that when we receive pre-arrival, that means our eligibility has passed as well, there is just no reflect in our end.

Hi,
I received both but if you don’t receive eligibility it’s fine too. As long as you passed the eligibility you are good.

It doesn’t change. Same for me. They requested police certificate on November 2023 and I’ve sent it. They also received. But still says same. Call them and ask to the agent. Or request gcms notes.
