I actually don’t know if it helped because the only thing that they said is to patiently wait. I did raise a webform, so maybe that could be a reason too?

This shows that they have touched down on criminality, but the main verification/eligibility is still pending. Any update on your side???
P.S. As my lawyer mentioned, There is no update on the GC Key things. This update reflects just on my tracker, which is strange.
There is no update on my GC key, remember the tracker doesn't work for me but I'll call next week. Hopefully, you should get FD next week.

Quick suggestion - I know the IRCC doesn't work at this time, but call that number to see what message the IVR says. Does it SAY that your background is in progress, or it hasn't started yet? Let me know about the same.
My lawyer said that the main eligibility is still pending, taking anywhere between 35-50 days after background.

Nothing at the moment! I spoke with contact support, who said that the background check is still being processed. They asked me to ignore the completed stage, as they said that I'd just passed security and the criminality check was still in progress. Afterward, there were other verifications as well. It will easily go until next year. I'm not hoping for anything this year.

On Nov 29 my background in tracker changed to completed and I received PFL on the same day.
Submitted response last week and later ADR changed to "Not applicable"
Today I called IRCC they congratulated me and told everything was completed and I just need to wait for finalization which will come soon although I see no FD or any update on my tracker at the moment.
So it's almost our turn and we just need to enjoy the holidays and the wait will be over!!
